Collection of Information

We may collect personal information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc. that are volunteered by you if you are required to register or by volunteering for messaging services. Upon this registration you are given a unique RxEOB ID, and you are no longer anonymous to us. Once you are registered you are granted access to features of the RxEOB web site. This information is used to fulfill your specific requests unless you authorize us to use it in another manner, for example to report an issue or discrepancy with our site or services.

Tracking Technologies

Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts are used by RxEOB and our partners, Pharmacy Benefit Sponsors, affiliates, for analytics. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
We use cookies to remember users’ settings. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some features or areas of our site may be limited.

(3) investigating fraud which has already taken place and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or respond to a government request. 
RxEOB will not share any personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information. RxEOB will not disclose any of your personal information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances described in more detail below.
When on the RxEOB website and sharing personal information, you will be sharing that information with RxEOB and/or your benefit sponsor. You can choose not to allow the transfer of your personal information by not using that particular service.
In the event of a promotion sponsored by other companies or cosponsored with RxEOB, you will still have the choice of sharing your information and will be notified during the time of data collection and decide to share or not to share your data.
Please be aware that RxEOB advertisers or web sites that have links on our site may collect personal information about you. The information practices of web sites linked to RxEOB are not covered by this privacy policy, and you must check those privacy policies to verify how they may use your personal information.

Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook button and Widgets, or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Customer Testimonials/Comments/Reviews

We post customer testimonials/comments/reviews on our website which may contain personal information. We do obtain customer’s consent to post their name along with their testimonial via email prior to posting the testimonial. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, please contact us at operations@rxeob.com.

Commitment to Data Security

Your personal information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents, and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings. Keeping your personal health-related information private is vitally important to us. Knowing that you use certain services or features may help us to offer you more relevant content; however as with all personal information we do not make this available to any third parties without your permission, except as required by law. Your RxEOB account information is password-protected and encrypted with built in lockout features to deter suspicious activity. Only you, your designated benefit enrollee, or your benefit sponsor have access to this personal information. We strongly recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. RxEOB will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also remember to log-out of your RxEOB account and close your browser window when you have finished. This ensures that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, RxEOB cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will refer to those changes on our Homepage prior to the change becoming effective, so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If certain types of information are exempt from CCPA, and therefore this policy, the RxEOB privacy policy will apply. 

RxEOB has collected the following categories of Personal Information from its users within the last twelve (12) months: 





A. Identifiers.


A real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, Social Security number, driver's license number, passport number, or other similar identifiers.


B. Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)).

Information that is protected against security breaches such as: name, signature, Social Security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver's license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, medical information, or health insurance information.

Some personal information included in this category may overlap with other categories may not be subject to all the rights under the CCPA.


C. Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law.

Age (40 years or older), race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy or childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, veteran or military status, genetic information (including familial genetic information).

Browsing history, search history, information on a consumer's interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.

Physical location or movements.

Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.


I. Professional or employment-related information.

Current or past job history or performance evaluations.


We generally do not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collected for significantly different or meaningfully unrelated purposes without providing you notice. 

Where We Obtain Personal Information 
We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources: 
• Directly from you or your devices. For example, from forms you complete on our website. 
• Indirectly from you. For example, from observing your actions on our website or interactions with our advertisers. 
• Business partners. For example, pharmacy benefit managers or providers. 
• Publicly accessible sources. For example, National Provider Identifier.

• Facilitating the connection of third-party services or applications, such as social networks.

Sharing Personal Information 
RxEOB may disclose your personal information to a third party for a business or commercial purpose. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract. 

In the preceding twelve (12) months, RxEOB has disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose:

In the preceding twelve (12) months, RxEOB has not disclosed personal information for a commercial purpose. However, for California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) defines “selling” personal information to include providing it to a third party in exchange for money or valuable services. 

Pursuant to our Privacy Policy we share your information with the following categories of third parties for a commercial purpose: 
• Integrated Third Parties: Third parties integrated into our services. 
• Third Parties as Legally Required: Third parties as required by law and similar disclosures. 
• Third Parties in Merger/Acquisition: Third parties in connection with a merger, sale, or asset transfer.

Deletion of information.

You have the right to request that RxEOB delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions and after verification of your identity.

Once we confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our

records, unless an exception applies.

The law does not require us to honor requests to delete where it is necessary in certain circumstances for us or service provider to maintain personal information. These include:

 - Provide a good or service, perform our contract or take action reasonably anticipated in the context of our ongoing relationship with you.

- Detect and protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.

"Verifiable Consumer Request” 
To exercise your rights to access or delete your personal information under the CCPA, you must submit a “verifiable consumer request.” Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. 
A verifiable consumer request must: 
• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative. 
• Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request. 

Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights 
RxEOB does not sell your personal information.  If this should change in the future, you will be notified and have the option to opt-in if you so desire by the process as defined in such notification.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
