To our Valued Customers and Partners,
The events of the past week have created unprecedented challenges and concerns across the country. We recognize the impact of these events and assure you that our primary objectives remain the safety and security of our customers, employees and partners.
From the onset, we have listened to reasoned sources for accurate and up-to-date information and, when necessary, implemented our preparedness plan to reflect those inputs. As this challenge evolves, and it will continue to do so, we will continue to implement changes to our plans as necessary with the same objectives in mind – the safety and security of our customers, employees and partners.
We continue to operate our facilities and provide our services in the normal course because we recognize the importance of our operations to your continued success. However, with safety and security in mind, we have implemented certain changes for the benefit of our customers, employees and partners.
- We have enhanced the cleaning procedures at our facilities, and we continue to restock cleansing wipes and hand sanitizer for use by all employees and visitors to our offices.
- Our staff has prepared contingency operations that will allow for a lockdown of our mission-critical facilities with our staff sheltered in place or working remotely to enable continued support for our services. We expect we will implement these plans as a result of orders from government agencies or the onset of local infection of our local workforce. In the event of a lockdown, we can only permit our staff to access our office space. Candidly, we’d prefer these plans to remain a contingency, but we stand prepared to ensure the continuity of our operations.
- External meetings are being conducted using web based teleconferencing software.
- In an effort to reduce the likelihood of exposure, we have restricted non-essential travel for our employees.
- In response to the actions taken by several state and local governments to close schools, daycare centers and limit large public gatherings, our staff has the option of teleworking to ensure that they have peace of mind. Further, we continue to remind them to avoid non-essential, non-work travel where possible, including the avoidance of large public gatherings.
In addition to the measures that we have implemented, you can help us in our efforts to support your operations and reduce the risk of exposure at our facilities. With that in mind, please encourage your staff to refrain from visiting our offices.
Please contact our team for help. We have employees standing by to perform any task you may need to accomplish.
We recognize the trust that you have placed in us to support your ongoing operations and we remain deeply committed to earning that trust daily, particularly in difficult times.
Thank you,
RxEOB
